referred to as the Distributor.
On behalf of the owner HealthCare-Vision.eu website is
administered by Michael Antoniak, Independent
Distributors of Vision IPG, Licence No 048-120732.
The
Distributor provides services in purchasing of products at the
request of the Client. The Client purchases the ordered
products directly from Vision International People Group. The
prices for the offered products are given in EUR and include
the tax. All products presented at the HealthCare-Vision.eu website are
original.
2. HOW TO PLACE
ORDERS
Orders can be placed in the
following way:
On-line shop: by registering and
clicking Add to Cart link placed next to the
product. After you have added all the items of your choice to
the Basket, click the Checkout button and
follow the instructions through all the steps of placing the
order.
3. PROCESSING OF
ORDERS
We cannot process your order if
the Buyer’s contact data have not been entered correctly; we
reserve the right to refuse to process doubtful orders, i.e.
orders where you have failed to fill in the order form
properly, without entering your telephone number or e-mail
address which we can use to confirm the order. In case of
large orders we reserve the right to dispatch the items in
separate shipments (we shall inform you about that in advance)
and you will be charged for delivery only once.

5. DELIVERY:
FORMS AND PROCEDURE
Ordered products
will be delivered to the client through the agency of EMS
Pocztex (Poczta Polska) to the address indicated by the buyer.
International deliveries are charged in accordance with the
price list of Poczta Polska.
You can return your
purchased items within 30 days of the date you received the
item (without giving the reason). We can accept the return
only if:
- the item has not been in use
- the original factory packaging is intact
- the item has not been damaged or destroyed otherwise.
The item should be returned to us along with the
sale document you’ve received and the number of your bank
account. We guarantee the return of the product value.
We do not refund the original delivery costs or the
costs of returning the item to us. We do not accept items
returned to us in cash-on-delivery mode.
If you find
that the delivered item has been damaged in transit we can
process the resultant complaints only if the Client, together
with the person delivering the item (an authorised
representative), produces a written claim letter signed by the
Addressee and the Deliverer.
6. FINAL COMMENTS
We
reserve the right to make changes in the regulations of this
on-line shop, principles of buying in the shop or dispatch
principles. Creation of an account or logging in is tantamount
to acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations. |
